How many vehicles do you need?
- Couple: one sedan (up to 3 passengers).
- Parents or a small bridal party: a mid-size SUV (up to 4) or a minivan or large SUV (up to 6 with room for dresses).
- Larger groups: several vehicles on a coordinated schedule. We do not run stretch limousines or buses, so for guest shuttles of 20 or more a coach company is the better fit; we are happy to cover the family and the airport runs around it.
A sample day-of timeline
- Pickups at the homes or hotel for hair and makeup, then photos.
- Arrival at the ceremony 20–30 minutes early, allowing for local traffic.
- Ceremony to reception, with the driver waiting between legs if you book by the hour.
- Late departures and the next-morning airport run for the couple or out-of-town guests.
Waiting beyond 15 minutes at a stop can be charged, so for a day with several stops our hourly car service is usually simpler than separate rides. Local rides run 6 AM to 10 PM; later returns need to be booked in advance.
