What to have ready when you book

A two-minute call is all it takes when you have these at hand:

• The pickup address: the full street address, not just the town, plus the building or entrance if it is not obvious.
• The date and time: for a departure, give us your flight time and we work out the pickup time from the drive time to that airport.
• Airline and flight number for airport pickups: the driver follows the live arrival, so a late flight does not leave you stranded or change your flat rate.
• Passengers and bags, so we send the right vehicle: a sedan takes up to 3 passengers with 2–3 bags, a minivan or large SUV up to 6. See our fleet.
• Anything the driver should know: child seats, a folding wheelchair or walker, or extra stops on the way.
• How you will pay: cash or a major credit card, or your corporate account.

We quote one fixed flat rate before you book, with no surge pricing. Cancellations more than 2 hours before pickup are free; the full policy is in our Terms of Service.

Frequently asked questions

What are your hours?

Dispatch and local taxi: 6 AM to 10 PM, 7 days a week, including holidays. Airport and long-distance rides: 24/7, 365 days a year, reserved during dispatch hours.

Can I book an early-morning airport pickup?

Yes. Airport rides run around the clock by reservation. Book during dispatch hours, ideally at least 24 hours ahead; pickups before 6 AM must be booked in advance.

Can I text instead of calling?

Yes. Call or text (914) 666-7373; it is the same number for bookings, quotes and changes.

How quickly do you answer email?

Usually within a few hours. For a ride today, call or text instead.

Do you give free quotes?

Yes. Every trip is quoted as one fixed flat rate before you book, with no surge pricing and no obligation.

How do I cancel or change a booking?

Call or text us. Cancellations more than 2 hours before pickup are free; later cancellations may be charged 50% of the quoted fare.
