Folding wheelchairs, walkers, oxygen concentrators and a family member or aide all ride along at no extra charge.
We do not operate lift-equipped vans or stretcher vehicles. If you need to travel seated in a power wheelchair or on a stretcher, an ambulette company is the correct provider, and we will say so on the phone rather than send the wrong car.

Do you pick up from Northern Westchester Hospital?
Yes, constantly. Our Mount Kisco base is a few minutes from the hospital on East Main Street. We handle discharges, outpatient visits and the cancer center, and know which entrance to use for each.
Can you take a folding wheelchair or walker?
Yes. Tell us when you book and we send a minivan or SUV with room in the back. We cannot transport riders seated in a power wheelchair or on a stretcher — that requires an ambulette.
Will the driver wait during my appointment?
For short visits, yes — waiting time is quoted up front as part of the round-trip fare. For longer treatments we schedule a return pickup at the time you expect to finish, and adjust if the clinic runs late.
Can I set up rides for my elderly parent?
Yes. Many of our medical riders are booked by adult children from out of town. Give us the schedule and a contact number; the rider does not need a phone, an app or a credit card.
Do you take Medicaid or insurance?
We are a private car service and bill the rider or family directly at a fixed fare. If your plan reimburses non-emergency medical transportation, we provide a receipt for every trip.
Do you go into Manhattan for medical appointments?
Yes. NYU Langone, Mount Sinai, Hospital for Special Surgery, NewYork-Presbyterian and Memorial Sloan Kettering are regular runs, quoted as one flat fare with waiting time or a scheduled return.
