A flat rate removes the variable. We quote your trip on distance and vehicle, not on how many other people happen to be requesting rides at the same moment. A booking made for 4am on a holiday weekend costs what it would cost on a quiet Tuesday.
Because rates depend on your specific pickup town, destination and vehicle, we quote them individually rather than publish a table that would be wrong for most trips. One call gets you an exact number.

Why are rates not listed on this page?
Because a single published number would be wrong for almost everyone. A rate depends on your pickup town, your destination and the vehicle you need — a sedan from Mount Kisco to HPN and a large SUV from Poughkeepsie to Newark are very different trips. Do your rates ever change with demand?
No. There is no surge pricing. Your quoted flat rate is the same at 4am on a holiday as it is on a quiet weekday afternoon.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and adjust the pickup time. A delay does not change your quoted rate.
Are tolls and gratuity included?
They are shown separately from the trip rate so you can see exactly what you are paying for. Gratuity is always at your discretion.
Can I set up an account for regular travel?
Yes. Corporate accounts include priority scheduling and consolidated monthly billing. Call us to set one up.
